The Website currently provides Minecraft server information, a server livemap, and a Minecraft server join link. Future services may include an online shop. The Website is available globally to Users of all ages.

3. Account Registration & User Conduct

• Registration: Account registration is unavailable for now.
• Prohibited Activities: No hacking, spam, or unauthorized use. Violators may be IP banned.
• Content Restrictions: Users cannot upload content as there is no upload page.
• Forum & Comments: Not available currently.

4. Monetization & Payments

• Purchases: Not yet available, but may be added in the future.
• Refund Policy: Not determined yet. Will be defined when purchases are introduced.
• Subscription Terms: Subscription services are planned, with terms to be announced upon launch.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Data Collected: We collect emails, IP addresses, Minecraft usernames, and Roblox usernames. Cookies are also used to store details.
• Data Retention: User data is retained until it is lost or inaccessible.
• Data Deletion Requests: Users may not currently request deletion of their data.
• Third-Party Services: We do not use third-party services such as Google Analytics, Discord bots, or ad networks.

The Website does not allow Users to post or submit any content, including messages, images, videos, or other media. No moderation or reporting systems are necessary.

Users may share or redistribute Website content, provided that consent is obtained from DSMP™ Official Site when sharing sensitive information such as the server IP address or exclusive links.

By using this website, you agree not to initiate or join any lawsuit against us, and you waive all rights to sue or file legal claims.
